at the center of the artwork are three candles in various stages of burning, intertwined with delicate flowers and abstract human figures. each element of the composition conveys layers of symbolism and meaning, inviting viewers to reflect on holocaust remembrance day.

the candles represent resilience and hope amidst darkness. the first candle burns brightly, symbolizing the endurance of the human spirit. the second candle flickers lower, representing the vulnerability of the victims. the third candle, nearly extinguished, serves as a reminder of the need to preserve the memory of the holocaust.

delicate flowers blooming between the candles symbolize renewal and growth despite tragedy. abstract human figures moving through the painting represent the countless lives shaped by the holocaust.
